I. Booking Steps

Browse Itineraries — Select your desired tour product on the website.
Select Departure Date & Number of People — After selection, click "Add to Cart."
Fill in Traveler Information — Name, passport number, contact details, etc.
Pay Deposit — Pay a 30% deposit of the total tour price to confirm your seats.
Receive Confirmation Email — The system will automatically send a confirmation letter after successful booking.
Pay Remaining Balance — Pay the final balance within 30 days before departure.
Receive Travel Documents — E-tickets, itinerary, meeting information.

III. Booking Notes

Please ensure your passport is valid for more than 6 months beyond your return date before booking.
Some itineraries require a minimum number of participants. If the minimum is not met, you will be notified in advance and receive a full refund.
If special arrangements are needed (e.g., vegetarian meals, wheelchair access, cribs), please specify in the remarks.

IV. Free Itinerary Adjustments

During the booking process, if you find any aspect of the itinerary doesn't meet your needs, we offer free modification services. You are welcome to share your ideas via email or phone, and we will continuously adjust the itinerary until you are satisfied.

V. Confirm Order and Pay Deposit

After confirming and approving the entire itinerary plan and quotation, pay the deposit to secure your order. We recommend confirming as early as possible.

Important Notes:

We will only officially secure resources for you after receiving your deposit.
Hotels and flights recommended in the quote are only reserved for a limited time; availability of rooms and seats cannot be guaranteed until you confirm the plan and pay the deposit.
If resources change, we will provide alternative options and obtain your consent before finalizing the order.
After the order is finalized, we will send a confirmation and invoice for your subsequent payment of the remaining balance.

VI. Pay Final Balance, Order Completed

Upon receiving your full balance, we will send you the final travel confirmation letter.
This will include a travel notice with important information for your trip to China, helping you prepare in advance.
Xieya Travel will provide service throughout your trip in China.
If you prefer, you can also pay the remaining balance after checking in upon arrival.

VII. Group Bookings

Groups of 6 or more people can enjoy exclusive discounts. Please contact customer service for a quote.
We support corporate team building, family trips, and honeymoon customized itineraries.

VIII. How to Modify After Booking

Name changes for travelers can be made for free 30 days or more before departure (limited to one change per order).
Changing the departure date is considered a cancellation and rebooking, and cancellation policies apply.

Are itinerary changes charged? No, adjustments are free throughout the process until you are satisfied.
Can I secure rooms/flights without paying a deposit? No, resources are only officially secured after the deposit is received.
What if resources change? We will provide alternative options in advance and secure them after obtaining your consent.
When is the final balance due? It can be paid before travel or after arriving at the hotel.
Didn't receive a confirmation email? Please check your spam folder or contact customer service.
Can I book for others? Yes, simply fill in the actual traveler's information.
