I. Booking Steps

  1. Browse Itineraries — Select your desired tour product on the website
  2. Select Departure Date & Number of People — After selection, click "Add to Cart"
  3. Fill in Traveler Information — Name, passport number, contact details, etc.
  4. Pay Deposit — Pay a 30% deposit of the total trip price to confirm your seat
  5. Receive Confirmation Email — The system will automatically send a confirmation letter upon successful booking
  6. Pay Remaining Balance — Pay the final balance within 30 days before departure
  7. Receive Travel Documents — E-tickets, itinerary, meeting information

II. Booking Notes

  • Before booking, please ensure your passport is valid for more than 6 months beyond your return date.
  • Some itineraries require a minimum number of participants; you will be notified in advance and receive a full refund if the minimum is not met.
  • If special arrangements are needed (vegetarian meal, wheelchair, baby cot, etc.), please specify in the remarks.

III. Free Itinerary Adjustment

During the booking process, if you find any part of the itinerary does not meet your needs, we offer a free modification service. You are welcome to share your ideas via email or phone, and we will continue to adjust the itinerary until you are satisfied.

IV. Confirm Order and Pay Deposit

Once you approve the entire itinerary and quotation, pay the deposit to lock in your order. We recommend confirming as early as possible.

Important Notes:

  • We will only officially reserve resources for you upon receipt of your deposit.
  • The hotels and flights recommended in the quotation have limited validity; we cannot guarantee availability of rooms or seats before you confirm the plan and pay the deposit.
  • Should resources change, we will provide alternative solutions and secure your agreement before finalizing the order.
  • Once the order is finalized, we will send a confirmation and invoice for your subsequent balance payment.

V. Pay Final Balance, Order Complete

  • Upon receipt of the full balance, we will send you the final travel confirmation letter.
  • This will also include a travel notice with important information for your trip to China, allowing you to prepare in advance.
  • Xieya Travel will provide full service throughout your trip in China.
  • If you prefer, you can also pay the final balance after arrival and check-in.

VI. Group Bookings

  • Groups of 6 or more people can enjoy exclusive discounts; please contact customer service for a quote.
  • Supports corporate team building, family trips, and customized honeymoon itineraries.

VII. How to Modify After Booking

  • You can change traveler names for free more than 30 days before departure (limited to one change per order).
  • Changing the departure date is considered a cancellation and rebooking, subject to our cancellation policy.

  • Is itinerary modification charged? No, adjustments are free throughout the process until you are satisfied.
  • Can I reserve rooms/flights without paying a deposit? No, resources are officially reserved only upon receipt of the deposit.
  • What if resources change? We will provide alternative solutions in advance and secure your agreement before reserving.
  • When is the final payment due? The final payment can be made before travel or upon arrival at the hotel.
  • Didn't receive a confirmation email? Please check your spam folder or contact customer service.
  • Can I book for others? Yes, simply fill in the actual traveler's information.
