Welcome to Xieya Travel. By using this website or booking our tour products, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

I. Booking and Payment

A 30% deposit of the total trip cost is required at the time of booking to confirm your seat.
The remaining balance must be paid 30 days before departure. Failure to pay will result in automatic cancellation.
We accept credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.
Prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Exchange rate fluctuations and tax changes may affect the final price.

II. Cancellation and Refund Policy

30 days or more before departure	Full refund (minus SGD 50 administrative fee)
15–29 days before departure	50% refund
7–14 days before departure	25% refund
Within 7 days before departure	No refund

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.
For cancellations due to force majeure (typhoons, epidemics, political events, etc.), a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.

III. Travel Requirements

Travelers must possess a valid passport with at least 6 months validity beyond the return date.
Visa application is the traveler's responsibility; we can assist but do not guarantee visa approval.
Travel insurance is recommended, covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and lost luggage.

IV. Limitation of Liability

Xieya Travel acts as a travel intermediary and is not directly responsible for the service quality of airlines, hotels, or local ground operators.
In the event of itinerary changes due to force majeure, we will endeavor to provide alternative solutions but will not be liable for additional compensation.
We reserve the right to adjust itinerary arrangements when necessary and will notify travelers in advance.

V. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (including itinerary descriptions, images, and text) is owned by Xieya Travel and may not be reproduced or used for commercial purposes without written authorization.

VI. Disclaimer for Special Activities

Some itineraries include activities that require caution, such as embarking and disembarking boats, mountain hiking, and entering tombs and caves. Our staff will provide assistance and safety tips, but all activities are participated in at your own risk. After our staff and cooperating guides have fulfilled their duty to provide safety warnings, Xieya Travel and its employees and agents will not be held responsible for any subsequent accidents or personal injuries.

VII. Traveler's Personal Negligence Liability

Travelers are solely responsible for any losses incurred due to personal negligence, such as lost documents, property damage, or personal injury.

VIII. Right to Amend Terms

Xieya Travel reserves the right to amend or abolish all or part of these terms of service at any time. Amended terms will take effect immediately without prior notice.
